To ensure we can accommodate all clients and provide the best possible service, we have the following cancellation policy:
A 50% cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, especially when it comes to health. If you are sick or testing positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of your appointment, please let us know immediately.
Fee Reimbursement:
While the 50% cancellation fee applies in such cases, we’ll be happy to reimburse you if we can fill your appointment slot with another client. This helps us minimize disruptions and ensure other clients have the opportunity to receive our services.
